At So iLL, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next send. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging included; climbing shoes must not have been used on a wall.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your gear, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
